We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an administrative assistant. As the administrative assistant, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day operations and supporting our team in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our office calendar, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Manage our office inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Support our team with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Handle incoming calls and greet visitors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
